Air Force Aide Society (AFSC)
Our mission is to provide worldwide emergency assistance, sponsoring education assistance programs and offering an array of base community enhancement programs that improve quality of life for Airmen and their families.

American Red Cross
Both active duty and community-based military can count on the Red Cross to provide emergency communications that link them with their families back home, access to financial assistance in partnership with the military aid societies, information and referral and assistance to veterans. Red Cross personnel form a global network in 700 U.S. chapters, military installations worldwide and in forward deployed locations in Kuwait, Afghanistan and Iraq.

Army Emergency Relief (AER)
AER is a private nonprofit organization incorporated in 1942 by the Secretary of War and the Army Chief of Staff. AER's sole mission is to help soldiers and their dependents. AER is the Army's own emergency financial assistance organization and is dedicated to "Helping the Army Take Care of Its Own".

Bonds of Courage
Bonds of Courage supports post 9-11 troops, veterans, and families with assistance with employment, health issues, family needs, and finances by connecting families with resources willing to help.

Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund
The CFSRF was founded in order to provide support to surviving U.S. military children and spouses that have lost a loved one in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars or whose service member has sustained a serious disability. Our objectives are to help U.S. military children and spouses with college grants as well as to provide financial assistance to those families in need of help with housing, utilities, food and clothing.

Coast Guard Mutual Assistance (CGMA)
Coast Guard Mutual Assistance (CGMA) is the official relief society of the U.S. Coast Guard. CGMA is a non-profit charitable organization established to provide financial aid to the entire Coast Guard family. While CGMA works closely with the U.S. Coast Guard, it is an independent corporation. Its mission is to promote the financial stability and general well being of Coast Guard people through interest-free loans, grants, and financial counseling.

Navy Seal Foundation
The Navy SEAL Foundation supports all families and their parent commands by easing financial burdens, establishing support networks, and funding command sponsored activities. Within our mission guidelines we will ensure that essential resources are always available to help our families whether or not it is a small need or one of great significance. Examples of support include immediate assistance for families of NSW active-duty members that are wounded or killed in combat or training, memorial services, assistance related to active duty or dependent terminal illness, and assistance in times of natural disaster. If the Navy SEAL Foundation cannot directly accommodate the need of a family or individual, it will make every effort to coordinate assistance within the full capability of the staff and our partner organizations.

The mission of the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society is to provide, in partnership with the Navy and Marine Corps, financial, educational, and other assistance to members of the Naval Services of the United States, eligible family members, and survivors when in need; and to receive and manage funds to administer these programs.

Operation Once in a Lifetime
Operation Once in a Lifetime’s mission is to make the dreams of U.S. Soldiers and their families come true by providing free financial and morale support to U.S Service members, veterans, and their families. A soldier does not need to worry about providing beds for the kids, worrying if the electricity will still be on when he/she goes home or if the house will be foreclosed on when serving his/her country. Operation Once in a Lifetime helps every soldier for every cause; wounded, unwounded, deployed, nondeployed, all ranks and all branches of the United States Armed Forces, you serve, you qualify.

The PenFed Foundation is a nonprofit national charity working to meet the unmet needs of military personnel and their families in the areas of financial literacy, housing and support for the wounded. We seek to prevent medical emergencies turning into financial hardships for our nation’s defenders.

The Home Front Cares (State of Colorado)
The Home Front Cares provides support for military families (in the state of Colorado) impacted by deployment in harms way. Our programs include: grants to families fund, energy assistance program, wounded troops/casualty assistance fund, adaptive housing and vehicle modification program and welcome home events.

USA Cares
USA Cares provides financial and advocacy assistance to post 9/11 active duty US military service personnel, veterans and their families. We assist all branches of service, all ranks and components and treat all with privacy and dignity in appreciation for their service and sacrifice. We never charge fees nor accept repayment and rely on donations from private citizens, businesses and foundations for all funding. Our goal is to help restore financial stability and self-sufficiency by giving “a hand up not a hand out.”

VFW Foundation Return the Favor
Aids troops and their families with a one-time grant to pay for rent, mortgage, utilities, vehicle repair, medical expenses and food/basic assistance. Morale boosting “welcome home” or “sendoff” events for military units including VIP treatment at sporting and entertainment venues. Direct pro bono assistance by the VFW’s National Veterans Service (NVS) officers to help veterans with VA claims.
