Past Projects
Visit From Afghanistan and learn of the work of Captain Ian Cairns and his team during their deployment in Afghanistan. What started as a simple request from him to help provide for those in desperate circumstances became a wondrous demonstration of support for our troops and the work they do. Inspired by his efforts, over 300 boxes were sent to a needy community in Afghanistan. Boxes stuffed to capacity with school supplies, coats, shoes, winter wear, blankets, stuffed animals, and clothing. Boxes filled with our wishes that these children might know the basic creature comforts that our own children are blessed to take for granted.
